What is unlimited?
On an active paid offer, Premium Spoofer, Metadata Cleaner and Video Studio do not use a per-run core-tool allowance. AI credits, files, output counts, seats, concurrency and API usage keep their stated limits.
Where does the work run today?
Open the Spoofzy Telegram bot, choose a tool and upload a file. The result returns in the same conversation. Paid linked accounts let team members work from their own Telegram accounts.
Do AI credits belong to each person?
No. AI credits and active-job limits are pooled under the owner. Linked accounts use that same plan without sharing the owner's Telegram login.
Can I add seats and see how the team uses Spoofzy?
Core includes one team seat and Pro includes two, in addition to the owner. Pro supports up to ten extra seats at $15/month each. Team Activity shows linked members’ recent action counts, latest tool area and last-active time over the past 30 days. Extra seats share the existing plan limits and AI balance.
What happens if an AI job fails?
The displayed cost is reserved when the job starts. A failed job returns the reserved AI credits.
Does Spoofzy guarantee reach or platform approval?
No. Spoofzy describes the processing it performs and the output it returns; it does not promise detection, moderation, reach, revenue or engagement outcomes.
How do I cancel?
Turn off renewal in Membership & billing or its billing portal, or email team@spoofzy.com before your next renewal. Ordinary cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends. Starter never renews. No separate early cancellation fee applies to standard self-serve memberships.
Can I get a refund?
Your first-ever paid membership, Starter or API access purchase can be refunded within seven days if entirely unused, including by linked accounts. Renewals, upgrades and later purchases do not receive a new refund window. Charges collected incorrectly because of an error in our billing systems or payment processing, service failures and statutory rights remain separate refund grounds. Each charge is assessed against its agreed order and billing schedule; consumer cooling-off rights can apply even after use.
