How to share Spoofzy with your team

Give teammates their own Spoofzy access with linked seats and a shared plan balance.

The practical answer

Linked seats let your team use Spoofzy from their own Telegram accounts. The owner manages the plan, invitations and shared balance, while each person can prepare media in their own chat.

Invite a teammate from Team & seats

Open Membership → Team & seats in the owner account. Check your available seats, create a one-use invitation and send it directly to the person joining. They accept through their own Telegram account.

The pricing page lists included seats and available paid additions. Once the teammate has joined, agree which client or campaign they will handle and where the finished files should go.

Plan around the shared balance and job limits

Linked members use the owner’s AI balance and applicable active-job limits. Extra seats give more people access to that plan. A quick agreement on who runs larger batches helps everyone work comfortably within the shared capacity.

Supported Spoofer settings such as strength, mirror and output preferences are saved for each Telegram account. Share the desired setup when several people work on the same client’s media.

See recent team activity

Team Activity shows linked members’ recent action counts, latest tool area and last-active time. The owner can use it to see who is active and follow up on unexpected usage.

A short weekly check keeps access tidy: confirm who is still working on the account, review the shared balance and make sure finished files reach the right handoff location.

Update access when the team changes

Remove a departing member’s linked access from the owner account. If their seat has a paid renewal, review that separately in Membership & billing.

Collect the finished work and update your client-file permissions too. Files already downloaded remain with their recipients, so use your normal handover process alongside the seat change.
